The 7" SiCut fillet knife is a great all-rounder on it's own but couple it with a 8" SiCut curved fillet knife and it opens up so many options!
The 7" Fillet makes the initial cuts then swap over to the 8"curved fillet to make sure you maximise the harvest across the backbone. Then put these two into a durable AOS Aussie made canvas pouch to keep them safe and clean for the next slay!
Handles are slip resistant, textured and easy-to-clean.
